The aim of the seminar is to present and analyze the current AIF legislation as well as the requirements and guidelines issued by CYSEC.

Participants will understand the scope of the AIF law and the role of an AIF Manager.

Participants will be able to recognize the types and forms of AIFs, the authorization requirements, the organisation and operation of AIFs, an introduction to the functions of depositary, valuator, administrator and the manager of the AIFs

Finally, participants will be familiar with the delegation of functions of the managers, the marketing of units and about listed AIFs.

The course is suitable for all market participants in the investment services sector as well as those who provide services to the industry.
